    trade, such as the establishment of a fair trade autonomous compliance Compliance Program(CP).

    Education & Training programs are specialized in fair trade-related laws, that is, fair trade laws, subcontract laws, large-
    scale distribution laws, display and advertising laws. and e-commerce laws.

    Each course consists of contents which focus on strengthening practical competency of corporate persons in charge including regulation systems, recent issues including revision of the statues, case studies including judgement, guidelines for preventing violations based on the laws, systems, and policies of all the fields of fair trade.

    Order to provide education
    In order to comply with the Fair Trade Act, raise awareness about violations of the law, and enhance the efficiency of law enforcement, the order to provide education is issued as a supplementary order to corrective measures under the Fair Trade Act. The Korea Fair Competition Federation conducts compliance education under the mandate of the Fair Trade Commission.
