(ISO 37301)

ISO 37301 identifies new and existing laws, identifies and reduces the risk of violating existing laws when a company develops a compliance management system. If there is a possibility of a violation, it provides guidance on how to respond quickly and effectively and correct effectively.

ISO 37301 generally includes not only a system to support the establishment of a framework that actually complies with the law, but also a system for the detection, improvement and prevention of reoccurrence of highly likely misconduct.

In addition, the compliance program deals with various matters such as bribery, securities laws and tax laws, consumer health and safety, environmental protection, and fair trade laws.

Anti-Corruption Management System
(ISO 37001)

ISO 37001 specifies requirements essential for companies (organizations) when building or improving the corruption prevention management system and provides useful information for preventing, finding, and dealing with their corruption.

The existing requirements of SO 37001 and requirements related to corruption prevention of the ones of the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission (measurement of integrity and evaluation of policies for corruption prevention in government offices) were added to ISO 37001 separately enacted for government offices.
