Establishment and Operation of CP

KFCF supports the establishment of a specific action plan for the operation of Compliance Program(CP), and the creation and implementation of a fair trade manual, which is a detailed guide(guidebook) to realizing compliance.

In 2001, KFCF, commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission, developed a compliance program with industry, academic, and research experts to avoid violating fair trade laws.

The compliance program led by KFCF is not only an information tool to foster a compliance culture(education, training), but also an operational tool that is indispensable for companies to prevent, detect, and resolve potential misconduct(Internal reporting system, consultation/audit system, etc.).

This supports the promotion of a culture of self-compliance through the efficient operation of programs by finding risk factors for failure compliance and non-compliance with fair trade laws within the organization, and preparing compliance management measures for them.

CP rating and operation check

The Fair Trade Commission conducts the ‘CP Rating’ every year to spread the effective operation of CP and reward excellent companies.
CP rating and operation check consulting is a process that reviews and provides feedback on the operating status of a company's compliance program in accordance with the Fair Trade Commission's CP rating standards and evaluation guidelines.

Consulting for monitoring CP fair trade
