Operation of Certified Compliance
Professional

KFCF has prepared the qualification system of ‘Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) for experts and practitioners who are in charge of promoting compliance management based on the company’s management philosophy, code of ethics, and compliance practice.

CCP is recognized for those who have extensive knowledge and judgment in internal control, risk management, laws, and management systems necessary for the realization of compliance.

Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) is a private qualification (registration number 2014-5312) registered with the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training after verification by the Fair Trade Commission, the competent department, in accordance with Article 17 (2) of the Framework Act on Qualifications.

IFCA

IFCA(the International Federation of Compliance Associations) formed in Dublin, Ireland in November 2010 consists of 12 official member states(South Korea, Ireland, Spain, Argentina, South Africa, Switzerland, Australia, USA, Colombia, Peru, Nigeria, Russia)

IFCA International Federation of Compliance Associations IFCA is operated for the purpose of securing and maintaining the international applicability, professionalism, and reliability of the CCP qualification system operated in each country. In 2014, South Korea was the only member as the Korea Fair Competition Federation.

IFCA arranges activities to secure the international applicability of the qualifications of compliance professionals in each country(preparation of common standards, trademark registration, etc.), and holds an annual meeting once a year and a teleconference every two months.(proposal and resolution of major issues such as goal setting and implementation)
