The Korea Fair Competition Federation was established on November 30, 1994, with the approval of the Minister of the Economic Planning Board(Transferred to the Fair Trade Commission on September 1996), in order to support the spread of fair trade culture, the strengthening of the fair competition capabilities of companies, and perform public interest activities related to the implementation of the fair trade system.
The Korea Fair Competition Federation aims to contribute to the establishment of a fair and free competition order by providing support for the dissemination and informing of the Fair Trade Act and related laws, research and study on competition policies, and the compliance of business operators with laws and regulations.” (Article 2 of the Articles of Incorporation)
